Pre-Clearance Team:

As a member of our Highway’s Release Team, you will be responsible for assisting the Release Team by reviewing paperwork to ensure completion, talking with vendors to seek missing information, handling client emails and faxes, handling incoming PARS calls and other pre-clearance processes as required.

Shift:  Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Required competencies:  excellent computer/typing skills; fluent in English (both written and verbal); strong work ethic; self-starter and team player; really enjoy new challenges, learning, and working in a fast-paced busy environment.  Outstanding customer service, positive and professional manner, and strong communication with proactive problem solving abilities are a given.

Education includes Grade 12 graduation; post secondary diploma or courses in a related field of study are a definite asset.

Brokerage experience and/or CCS designation an asset but not mandatory.

This position will be required to work a minimum of 3 statutory holidays a year.  Weekends may be required from time to time.

Own transportation is required as there is no public transit to the Pacific Border Truck Crossing.
