By completing the following below, you are permitting us to print your PARS, Manifest, PAPS, and CSA
 labels on your behalf. Completing the PARS, Manifest, PAPS or CSA fields below will indicate which labels
 you would like printed. We will require your four digit carrier code for CCRA, an Active Standard Carrier
 Alpha Code (SCAC) for U.S. Customs, or CSA Approved Importer Business Number. We will inventory
 your sequential numbers into our database, our system will ensure no duplicate numbers are used.		  
  BARCODE LABELS
For PARS labels you will receive 1000 sets of labels, with 1 label per set. (For Canadian Clearance)
For MANIFESTS labels you will receive 167 sets of labels, with 6 labels per set. (For Canadian Clearance)
For PAPS labels you will receive 334 sets of labels, with 3 labels per set. (For U.S. Clearance)
Note: Before using your PAPS barcodes, be sure your SCAC code is activated with U.S. Customs Service.
For CSA labels you will receive 1000 labels with 3 or 4 labels per set. (For CSA Clearance)
For CSA Lead Sheets you will receive 100 barcoded sheets. (For CSA Clearance)

CSA Lead Sheets $50.00 CAD per 100 Sheets.
