 | | Do You Want More Speed and Security for Your Shipments?
When shipping your products to Canada, the key to quick and efficient releases depends on having the correct customs clearance documents on hand, at the right time, to expedite your goods through Customs. As a preferred A & A client, we invite you to take advantage of our free EDI program (Electronic Data Interchange)!
What are the advantages of EDI?
- Fast release times –delays in clearance times are a result of missing paperwork or lack of release information. Transmitting your goods electronically ensures these delays will be eliminated and your goods will be expedited through the border. It will also allow you to take full advantage of the latest Canada Customs electronic release initiatives expediting your goods to your customer.
- Secure accurate information – the information used for customs purposes will be accurate and will minimize the risk of compliance errors and potential penalties under AMPS.
- Reduced inquiries – sending your information electronically will ensure it is available at the time of release and is accurate. There will be no more phone calls due to missing invoices or other information.
- Faster product costing & accounting - we will invoice you electronically with your duty, GST and brokerage providing you with quicker costing for all your products.
