Here is a bit of an overview –

• Canada – A & A handles all shipments and freight to and from Canada.
• U.S.A. – A & A handles all shipments and freight to and from the U.S.

Other countries –

The first step is to refer to the IFCBA – http://ifcba.org/ and try to find a member from the countries listed.

If there are no members listed for the country that the customer is looking for – then try search Google for something like ” ________ (Country name) customs broker association” or ” _____________ (Country name) freight forwarder association”

For example, New Zealand – http://cbaff.org.nz/ Customs Broker and Freight Forwarders Federation of New Zealand.

We can refer customers to this type of site to at the very least point them in the right direction.
