Should I let my employees have their personal foreign goods shipped to my company?

We strongly recommend to advise your employees not to have foreign goods shipped to your company. The reason for this is your company will be responsible for accounting for those goods to Customs and should there be any problems, your company will be held liable for any penalties and that could have a negative impact on your company’s importer profile with Customs.
