Why do my Fed Ex Shipments always seem to get held up even if I put the correct Broker on the documents?

If you are using Fed Ex Online to arrange shipping – make sure the Fed Ex account number you are shipping on, does not also include brokerage – Fed Ex being Automated, will use the account used online to handle brokerage & not send your documents to the correct broker for clearance.
